Before You Spend Hundreds on Food Sensitivity Testing, Read This.
It’s finally time to get to the bottom of those stubborn symptoms and get back to enjoying the foods you love!
I’ve seen far too many people spend hundreds of dollars on food sensitivity testing and STILL have no idea what’s causing their symptoms.
That’s why I wrote this guide. I’ll walk you through how the different tests work, what you’re actually paying for, and what happens once you get your results.

What If You’ve Been Avoiding Foods That Weren’t Causing Your Problems in the First Place?
When you’re dealing with bloating, a stomach that acts up without warning, migraines, or skin problems that just won’t quit, figuring out what to eat can feel like a full-time job.
You try cutting out dairy or gluten, start checking and double-checking every food label, and before long, you’re passing up your favorite comfort foods. And after all that effort, you still don’t feel any better, and you’re no closer to figuring out what’s wrong.
At this point, food sensitivity testing sounds like the answer you’ve been waiting for. One simple test that could finally tell you which foods are causing trouble, so you can stop cutting things out of your diet and hoping for the best.
But here’s the catch. Not all food sensitivity tests are looking for the same thing.
Know what you’re paying for
Not all food sensitivity tests work the same way.
Take IgG testing, for example. It looks for antibodies your body makes in response to certain foods. But here’s the problem: sometimes those antibodies show up even when the food isn’t bothering you at all. So you could end up giving up foods you love when they weren’t causing any trouble in the first place.
MRT (Mediator Release Testing) looks at something else entirely. It measures the release of mediators from white blood cells in response to different foods. This mediator release often results in inflammatory symptoms that could be causing some of your trouble.
That’s a big difference when you’re counting on a test to help you figure out what you can eat without feeling miserable afterward.

What MRT has done for people in your shoes
One of my clients finally got relief from IBS after 30 years. Another saw her migraines become far less painful after 34 years. I’ll share their results and the research behind MRT, so you can see if it’s worth a closer look.
I’ll also walk you through what happens during testing, how long your results are good for, and how a Certified LEAP Therapist can help you make sense of it all.

A Little About Me
I know what it’s like to spend years trying to figure out why you feel so lousy. I dealt with constipation, gas, bloating, and other health problems for years before my search for answers led me to MRT.
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Gastrointestinal Nutritionist, and Certified LEAP Therapist. I’ve spent more than a decade using MRT with my own family, myself, and hundreds of clients who were tired of feeling miserable.
I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a nerd who loves a good mystery. Luckily, that comes in handy when you’re trying to figure out why someone’s digestive system refuses to cooperate!
I’ve even been through the LEAP program myself. Twice! So when I talk about the ups and downs of changing your diet, I’m speaking from personal experience as well as years of working with clients.
